RUDOLF JELÍNEK produces it for you by drawing distillation, in which the blackcurrants are first macerated in ethyl alcohol for a precisely specified time before distillation of the entire mixture. This creates a unique, high quality spirit, a perfect blend of the art of traditional distillation with the distinctive flavour of blackcurrants.
