Wild sloe brandy, in which the delicate flavour of sloe fruits is concealed
Wild sloe brandy is produced from the fruit of wild sloe bushes. In its production we use only the fruits of bushes that have passed through the first frost, thanks to which part of the tannins are converted into insoluble compounds. This condition results in a pleasant taste of the spirit. In its production we use drawing distillation of the mixture that is the result of maceration of sloes in ethyl alcohol for a specific time period. Years of experience of our Vizovice distillers and respect for the old traditions contribute to the high standard of quality of sloe brandy.
